Lea Ann Lust
Senior Director of System Relations
Lea Ann Lust is the Senior Director of System Relations in the Office of the Chancellor at the Texas Tech University System, joining the department in early 2015.
In her position, Lea Ann works closely with Dr. Tedd L. Mitchell to coordinate activities and foster relationships with the four universities within the Texas Tech University System. This includes managing the daily operations of the Office of the Chancellor, as well as identifying and implementing strategic priorities.
Prior to coming to the office, Lea Ann was in public education and coordinated international missions work.
Lea Ann graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Science and acquired a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from UT Tyler.
Lea Ann and her husband Tim have two sons, Ty and Dru. Ty is a student at Texas Tech University and Dru is a student at Texas A&M Commerce. They live in Abernathy, Texas, and are proud Antelope fans.
