LARS STANLEY (AMERICAN)

Iron and Bronze

Seeds Innovation Center Main Office/Research & Development

Stanley based his design on the organic forms and textures of
wild prairie grasses native to the plains. The artist employed
some traditional techniques—forged elements, mortise-and-
tenon and twisted and riveted joints—in the creation of
this ironwork to illustrate his craft’s historical roots and to
exemplify concepts of unity, integrity, and strength.
