Dailey Fuller
Director of Policy & Planning
Dailey Fuller serves as the Director of Policy & Planning in the Office of the Chancellor at the Texas Tech University System.
In his role, he supports Dr. Tedd L. Mitchell and the Chief of Staff with strategy and policy development, long-range planning and coordination and advancement of the office’s and system’s programs and initiatives. He also helps ensure the daily function of the Chancellor’s Office and serves as a liaison for the various departments at the Texas Tech University System and its four universities.
Serving at the Texas Tech University System for more than 10 years, Dailey first joined the Chancellor’s Office in 2008 as the System Relations Coordinator. From 2009 to 2016, he served in the Communications & Marketing department at the Texas Tech University System in multiple roles, including as Director of Communications & Marketing, where he handled media relations and executive communication for system leadership and managed the system's integrated and digital marketing efforts.
A native of the Dallas area, Dailey earned his bachelor's degree in advertising in 2009 and master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies in 2015 from Texas Tech University.
